Nestled on a secluded half-acre at the end of a private road, this beautifully maintained 3,500-square-foot home offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and fun. With 6 bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms, and 13 beds, there's plenty of room for large families and multigenerational vacations to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.

With six spacious bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms, everyone has room to spread out. Three private master suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom, are located upstairs, providing a quiet retreat after a fun-filled day. Three additional bedrooms are conveniently located downstairs, and every bedroom features a flat-screen TV.

The spectacular Home Theater & Arcade Room features a huge projection screen, a classic arcade machine loaded with over 3,000 games—from Pac-Man and Frogger to countless favorites—plus Xbox and Wii gaming systems with more than 100 games. You'll also find a full-size Skee-Ball machine, a dart board, board games, and plenty of seating for everyone.

Outside the game room, you'll have access to 10 large-screen TVs with cable and Roku, along with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home.

The spectacular two-story screened lanai lets you enjoy the heated pool and Jacuzzi day or night without worrying about mosquitoes or biting bugs—one of our guests' favorite features.

Surrounded by tropical landscaping for added privacy, the pool features a long submerged sun shelf that's perfect for relaxing. After a swim, unwind in the Jacuzzi, gather around the chiminea for a cozy evening by the fire, or enjoy dinner and drinks on the spacious double-deck lanai.

There's plenty of seating for sunbathing, grilling, watching the kids swim, or simply relaxing. Watch your favorite show on the outdoor TV or stream your favorite playlist through the patio's Bluetooth surround-sound speaker system to create the perfect vacation atmosphere.

Due to City of Cape Canaveral regulations, our home is subject to a minimum rental period. If your travel dates don't quite fit that requirement, please contact me before booking. In some cases, I may be able to accommodate your requested dates while remaining compliant with local regulations.

• The primary renter must be 27 years of age or older and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay.
